Where, or who, do we run to in times of crisis? Where do we choose to place our trust and confidence? Oftentimes, we look to things that promise to bring us high only to leave us low. In Psalm 16, we see a picture of David's unwavering confidence in the Lord in the midst of a crisis he is facing. It is in the presence of hardship that David displays his trust through his devotion to God, his dependence on God, and his delight in God. In this Psalm, David gives us a template for how we too can have confidence in God regardless of what we are going through.
