Children from 2 months to preschool will catch their first glimpse of who God is through creative storytelling, engaging songs, hands-on activities and caring interactions with their leaders.
Early Childhood classes meet during both Sunday morning church services at 9am & 11am. Filter by campus to see where the check-in area is located.
At Grace Kids we love to welcome kids with all abilities to participate in our programming. We have a Grace Kids Buddy program available upon request for kids who might need individual attention on Sunday mornings. See below for more information and a Buddy request form. Our desire is to provide a Buddy for each child who would benefit from this program, but we may need time after a request is submitted to find a volunteer to partner with each child. We are also able to offer a sensory room (located at the Southwood Campus) for families who need that resource. Filter by campus to see who to contact if you feel this might be a good option for your child.
If your child has a food allergy, please let us know. Early Childhood classes do have a snack time, and those snacks may include plain Cheerios, Goldfish crackers, animal crackers, pretzels or fruit snacks. Filter by campus to see what is specifically offered at each campus on Sunday mornings.
Early Childhood Ministry is divided into classes by age which are led by screened, trained leaders. We begin introducing curriculum in our TWOs class to help them catch their first glimpse of who God is. The curriculum is an annual cycle of Bible lessons that is repeated each year as the child moves up through THREEs and FOURs to continue building a solid foundation of Biblical truth.
Kindergarteners to 4th graders enjoy a large group gathering with worship, games, high energy lessons, and small groups that are focused on relationship building and personal ownership of the lesson.
Elementary classes meet at the 9AM service at Anderson & Southwood. Elementary classes are offered at both 9AM and 11AM at Creekside & Midtown. Filter by campus to see where the check-in area is located.
Large Group has fun, upbeat worship and teaching for kids in Kindergarten through 4th grade.
The curriculum we currently use is TRU. We go through the Bible each year from Genesis to Revelation, hitting on the “major” stories from the Bible.

5th and 6th graders enjoy games together, a large group gathering with worship, and small groups that are focused on relationship building and personal ownership of the lesson.
FUN is an important component for ministry in Grace 56. Free time involves 4-square and time to hang out with friends and leaders.
Every week a leader kicks off the lesson with a 3-5 minute teaching point that prepares 56ers for small group discussions.
5th and 6th graders join together for a time of worship and prayer before a large group lesson.
Small groups are the heartbeat of Grace 56. Each small group is a place where 56ers can have open discussions about life using the Bible as their foundation.
