A literal reading of Psalm 122 encourages believers to pray for the peace of Jerusalem, which includes the Jewish people and all who call Jerusalem and Israel their home.  We will discover reasons for why we should pray for the peace of the holy city in the Psalm and then look at some ways we can meaningfully, pray with faith and understanding, for a peace that seems so elusive during these difficult days.
