Does it really matter whether or not the church gathers together for worship? Is listening to a sermon online just as effective for our spiritual growth? Can we follow Jesus faithfully without being connected to a local church? The Bible tells us that when the church gathers in Jesus’ name, God moves in extraordinary ways. When we gather together, we worship, we grow, and we proclaim God’s greatness in ways that we could never do on our own.
