Growing Toward Leadership
The foundation of spiritual leadership is integrity—a life that is consistent and complete in thought, word and deed. The perfect model, of course, of a life of integrity is the Lord Jesus Christ as presented in the Word of God. As one pursues Christ through the Word of God, prayer, and the other spiritual disciplines, one grows in spiritual maturity. Essentials Bible Study , signing up for Leadership University, participating in a
small group , becoming a
member of the Grace Bible Church, mentoring others in their relationship with God and other believers, and then training small group leaders.
